
Planning Permission Granted
We are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor. The proposal shows a ‘glass box’ type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. The garden room extension will allow them to enjoy uninterrupted views of their garden and beyond.


Planning Application Submission
We have submitted a householder planning application to North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our clients in Great Thirkleby. Our clients would like to demolish their existing single storey outhouse to allow for the construction of a new single storey extension with flat GRP roof behind a parapet wall. The proposed extension will accommodate to the rear, a utility and shower room, with the utility leading into the kitchen which will be enlarged both through the extension and through knocking into the existing log store and pantry.
